Bus transfer, admission, guided tour on foot (afternoon) The imperial palace of the Hapsburgs until 1918, the Hofburg is a juxtaposition of various styles from the 15th to the 20th century. You will visit the imperial apartments with their sumptuous furnishings and tapestries from the 17th and 18th centuries.

(Morning) - Journey by coach. For this excursion, we are proposing a visit to the very symbol of Baroque art in Austria: a superb abbey which overlooks the Danube. You will be met by a local guide who will take you through the history of this 18th century abbey. You will visit the marble hall, the world famous library and the bedchambers where a number of illustrious visitors have slept. You will love the jewel of this abbey: the golden filigree cross donated by Rudolph IV.

(Morning) - Journey by coach. You will leave by coach in the company of a guide for Schönbrunn Castle via the famous Ring. You will visit the summer residence of the Hapsburgs with its immense French style park and, as you walk through the various rooms, you will discover the history of the Hapsburg family, rooted in the wall hangings and the period furniture. On the way back, if time allows, you will stop outside St Stephen's Cathedral.

This evening will be the opportunity for you to discover Vienna by night sitting comfortably in your coach. Two stops are scheduled: in front of the statue of Johann Strauss (around 15 min) and in front of the Hofburg (tour of around 30 min on foot, passing the Hofburg, the imperial apartments and the Spanish Riding School). The most beautiful monuments in Vienna, concentrated on the Ring, will unfold before your eyes. This circular boulevard, the most famous and longest in Vienna, has made this capital a city befitting the stature of the immense Austro-Hungarian empire. Thanks to your guide, you will become familiar with the symbols of Vienna, such as its opera, its City Hall, its palaces and its official buildings. A real treat for the eyes.

(Morning) - Tour by coach with stops. As this guided tour progresses, you will discover: haughty Buda with its winding streets, its Baroque palaces, its Turkish bath establishments and its royal palace. And bustling Pest, which offers a proud mixture of architectural styles. You will be able to see the Mathias church, Heroes square, St Stephen's basilica, the broad avenues and the external towers of the royal palace.
(Evening) - Tour by coach Explore Budapest by night from the comfort of our coach. Your guide will show you the charms of this capital city with its turbulent but incredibly rich past. Despite the vicissitudes of history, Budapest has managed to preserve and bear witness to a succession of dynasties and civilisations. You will discover Vajdahunyad castle, the panoramic view below the castle district and the Citadel. The accent will be on Buda.
(Evening) - Duration 1h30 - Journey by bus, 10 min there, 10 min back During this show, you will travel the length and breadth of Hungary through its folklore and Gypsy music. Each piece of music, each dance retraces an event in daily life in Hungary.
(Morning) - Transfer by bus - Duration 4h You will leave Budapest by coach for Szentendre, a town with a rich heritage of 18th century monuments lining the cobbled streets. This charming, colourful town, home to painters and sculptors, owes its Mediterranean atmosphere to the Dalmatian Serbs and Greeks who moved here in the 14th century. The town is known for its seven churches, including the episcopal orthodox cathedral, its rich museums, its contemporary art exhibitions, and its art galleries. A few kilometres from Szentendre is the Skanzen open air ethnographic museum: a series of hamlets which brings together farms and their outbuildings, farm buildings, windmills, a church: an evocation of rural life and traditional architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries. Back on board in Budapest.

Guided tour of the Residence of the Prince-Bishops
A sumptuous Baroque palace, the residence was built between 1720 and 1744 under the direction of the architect, Balthasar Neumann. It became the residence of the bishops. Your tour will take you up the monumental stairway of honour adorned with a gigantic fresco by Tiepolo. Tour of the imperial hall and its sumptuous trompe-l??il, tour of the ceremonial apartments restored to their former rococo glory.

Departure by coach accompanied by a guide to explore: Kecskemét: The apricot brandy of Kecskemét, the art nouveau buildings decorated with ceramics, the "Kodály" Institute are its must-sees and make it a famous town, the "Hirös Város" (Known Town). The Decorated Palace, covered with flower motifs in various colours, is a significant Hungarian art nouveau creation. The Town Hall, with its painted porcelain roof and its flower decorations, is one of the most beautiful town halls in the country. Puszta Also called the Great Plain, in the 19th century, this vast prairie was the Wild West of Hungary and immense herds of livestock grazed here under the watchful eye of the cowboys. Trip in a horse-drawn wagon: Before or after the show, the chance to take a trip in the puszta. Equestrian display: Equestrian displays are regularly given on the farms, their most spectacular element being the horse race and the presentation of the "five-horse wagons". Meal at the Csárda (a typical puszta restaurant).
(Morning) - Tour on foot - Duration 4h A coach will pick you up in Volkach to take you to a little town bathed by the Tauber. You will discover one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Germany: Rothenburg. You will succumb to the charm of its picturesque streets lined with half-timbered houses and arts and craft shops. The visit to the toy shop is a must, a veritable paradise of toys and Christmas decorations, open all year round for the pleasure of old and young alike.

(Afternoon) - Journey by coach A coach will pick you up at the boat in the outskirts of Nuremberg and take you to meet your local guide. The guide will show you the Kaiserburg from where you get a wonderful view over the entire city. Your guide will then take you to the medieval heart of Nuremberg, situated within ramparts dating from the 15th century. The coach will then take you back to the boat.
Transfer by coach and tour of the town on foot, back on board in Ratisbonne Tour of the ancient town, a medieval metropolis, on foot. You will discover the imposing stone-built "Porta Praetoria", the northern gate to the Roman encampment, the town hall with its grand hall which later became the "imperial hall", the meeting room of the "permanent diet of Empire".
(Morning) - Coach journey - Duration 3h For this excursion you will be accompanied by a guide. You will travel along the Danube and the beautiful Wachau valley by coach to Durnstein, a little market town nestling between the hills, famous for its castle which was once the prison of Richard the Lionheart. You will have some free time to taste the joys of Austrian wine and apricot liqueur. It is possible to visit the abbey for an admission fee of around € 2.
(Evening) - Journey by coach - Duration 1h30 For this evening in Vienna, what could be more natural than spending an evening in the company of Mozart and Strauss? A coach will come to pick you up from the boat to take you to the Auersperg Palace where the concert will take place. (or, depending on places available, a hall at the Stock Exchange or the Arsenal). In the intermission, you will be offered a free drink (orange juice or sparkling Austrian wine).
(Afternoon) - Journey by coach - Duration 4h. The boat will moor in Tulcea. From Tulcea, you will set out to explore the Danube Delta by boat. It is a very extensive nature reserve which is classed as a world Biosphere reserve. You will have the chance to discover the flora and fauna of the Delta.

(Day) - Panoramic tour by coach The capital of Romania in which the cultural and economic centre was created 150 years ago. In the 1930s, Bucharest was nicknamed "Little Paris" because of its long boulevards lined with trees. There is even a Triumphal Arch on the impressive Kisseleff Boulevard. Explore Curtea Veche, the ruins of the palace from the 15th century, built by Vlad the Impaler, the orthodox churches, the manors in the style of the Second Empire, the clumsy Stalinist architecture of the communist period and the Parliament Building, an enormous construction with six thousand rooms. You will also visit the ecomuseum where you will have the time to explore the typical Romanian home. For lunch, your taste buds will be tantalised by a Romanian speciality to the accompaniment of a folk group. During your excursion in Bucharest, the boat will sail to Oltenita, where you will rejoin it.
(Morning) - Journey by coach. Rousse is one of the biggest ports in Bulgaria. The city is surprising in its multi-ethnic nature. It is a careful mix of the Bulgarian and Romanian cultures. Discover its broad avenues, its large squares and its wonderful buildings. To end the day, you will be invited to taste the local patisserie and drink a glass of country wine while you discover Bulgarian arts and crafts. You will have some free time to do some shopping in the city. The coaches will then take you back to the boat.

(Afternoon) - Journey by coach.
In the valley of the Roussenki Lom, in the north east of Bulgaria, a series of churches, chapels, monasteries and cells hollowed out of the rock has been constructed close to the village of Ivanovo. It was here that the first hermits hollowed out their cells and churches in the 12th century. The wall paintings, which date from the 14th century, are a testimony to an exceptional artistic technique characteristic if the Tarnovo school of painting.
(Morning) - Journey by coach. Morning devoted to the tour of Belgrade. Beograd in Serbian means white castle or white city. At the confluence of the Sava and the Danube, close to the Morava corridor which links the countries on the Danube to the Aegean Sea. The city is the combination of a fortress, on a promontory, a city or trade and a port.

Your bus will pass by the Jesuit church, the city hall and finally the little hill where the castle is situated. The coaches will then drop you off in the old city which you will explore on foot with a guide. Its Baroque palaces, churches and bustling squares are charming.
(Afternoon) - Journey by coach from Mohacs You will leave the boat by coach to travel to Pecs. Exploration on foot of Saint Stephan's square (Roman remains, cathedral) and then on to the Zsolnay fountain and the Turkish church. Free time. Continuation by coach to Villany via the wine trail. A little free time in Villany (wine-making village) then back to the boat in Mohacs.
(Morning) - Panoramic tour by coach and tour on foot Novi Sad is the largest city in Vavodina. A panoramic tour will give you the chance to admire this wonderful Serbian city. This tour will also offer you the opportunity to discover Petrovaradin Castle (designed by the French architect, Vauban). You will have the time to relax over a drink or two. You will also visit the old city on foot as well as an orthodox church. The coaches will then take you back to the boat in Novi Sad.
(Morning) - Coach journey - Tour on foot You will discover the largest city on the Great Hungarian Plain. You will take a stroll in the streets to explore the Dome, the symbol of the city, the Synagogue, which is one of the most beautiful in Europe, and the broad avenues and pedestrian areas which are rich in monuments.
(Afternoon) - Transfer by coach Hortobagy Park is one of the most immense stretches of prairie in Europe (more than 1,400 km²). The area covered by the park extends over 70,000 hectares. Classed since 1999 as a world cultural heritage site, it contains numerous places of interest and incomparable treasures. During this tour, you will take a trip in a horse-drawn carriage in the Puszta. You will discover the region's equestrian tradition and taste plum brandy, Pogasca (savoury cake) and mineral water in a thatched cottage in the middle of the Putsza.
(Afternoon) During this excursion, you will discover the charming village of Tokaj where a number of beautiful Baroque buildings line the streets. You will take a guided tour of the Rakoczi cellar, a natural lair where Tokaj wines are aged, followed by a wine tasting.

(Afternoon) This building is the veritable masterpiece of Baroque architecture in all of Hungary. The 250 year old Palace, which covers 17,000 m2, surrounded by a 28 hectare park, has been the holiday residence of some very important people over the centuries. Foremost among them is Sissi, the queen adored by the Hungarians. Inside the palace, an extraordinary exhibition has been set up, presenting the apartments of Sissi and Franz Joseph and Sissi's life.
