Cruises and walking tours

CroisiEurope and the Club Vosgien of Strasbourg have joined forces to promote a new form of activity, which combines the river cruise and the walking tour.
Rivers often flow in the bottoms of valleys lined with hillsides of remarkable beauty. Vineyards and castles are a particular sign of human activity. It was therefore logical to combine the peace and quiet of a cruise along the river with the walking tour, adopting the same rhythm as you ramble along. The aim of a walking cruise is not to beat records but to make the most of the charm that the landscape offers, combining with it the gentle physical effort represented by walking. This is why the walking tours offered are of a duration of two to three hours and at a relaxed pace. For certain cruises, a whole day's walking may be on offer.
